I've been making people sweat and see their own transformations ever since I was a personal trainer doing 1-on-1 coaching at a local gym 8 years ago.
Now I have the honor of teaching millions of women, and helping them achieve their goals!

🤍 Get outside first thing
Even if it’s just to stand on your porch or take the trash out—get some sunlight in your eyes in the morning. It wakes you up better than coffee.
🤍 Go for a walk
Doesn’t need to be fancy. Around the block, with a podcast, or just in silence. It clears your head and gets your blood moving.
🤍 Breathe before you eat
I know it sounds silly, but taking 3 deep breaths before a meal seriously helps you slow down and not inhale your food like a vacuum.
🤍 Log off before bed
Try to cut screens 30 minutes before sleep. I promise, your brain will thank you—and you won’t wake up feeling like a zombie.
🤍 Do your own lymph drainage massage
Yep, just use your hands. Gentle strokes on your neck, jawline, and face—it de-puffs, boosts circulation, and honestly just feels so good.
🤍 Splash your face with cold water in the morning
It’s the cheapest energy boost ever. Also helps calm anxiety and tightens your skin. Win-win.
🤍 Check in with how you’re nourishing yourself
Just ask: what have I done to nourish me today? Food, rest, movement, water, joy—it all counts.
🤍 Stretch while you scroll
You’re already on your phone—might as well open up those hips or do some neck rolls while you’re at it.
🤍 Drink water before coffee
I know, I know—coffee first is a vibe. But one glass of water before caffeine makes such a difference in energy and digestion.
🤍 Talk nicer to yourself
This one’s free but hard. Pay attention to how you talk to yourself. Start swapping one mean thought a day for something gentler. It adds up.
