Hallo meine Lieben,



Es gibt mal wieder etwas zu hören! Ich weiß es gab in den letzten 2 Monaten kein Video von mir, doch wer mir auf Soundcloud oder Instagram folgt, hat bestimmt mitgekriegt, dass ich den einen oder anderen Auftritt hatte und ordentlich beschäftigt war. Zum Jahresende habe ich mich jedoch besonders reingekniet und 3 Projekte aus dem Jahr 2023 fertig gekriegt. Das Ganze wird noch im Januar veröffentlicht.



12.01.2024 - Landauer Sommer #2
Ein Auftritt vom Juli 2023 und der zweite und letzte Teil zum Landauer Sommer Event.
Persönlich gesehen hatte ich am wenigsten Lust, dieses Video zu machen, da es im Hintergrund sehr viel Ärger und Frust mit dem DJ Partner gab…
Übrigens wurde 2023 zum ersten Mal auf diesem Stadtfest Techno zugelassen. Hoffen wir, dass es auch dieses Jahr so sein wird.



19.01.2024 - Wumms Im Wingert
Dieses Event wurde unter anderem von meinem Kollektiv, “ZIRKEL 22” veranstaltet und fand ebenfalls im Juli statt. Einer der spaßigsten Auftritte die ich je hatte!
Leider musste das Ganze, zum Schutz der Zuschauer, nach 1 Stunde abgebrochen werden, da ein starkes Unwetter aufkam.
Auf Soundcloud gibt es übrigens die komplette 1,5 Stunden Version



26.01.2024 - XMAS
Ein weiteres Event veranstaltet von ZIRKEL 22, welches im Dezember 2023 stattfand. XMAS… Dezember… Wer hätte das gedacht…
Teilweise dunkle und verwaschene Aufnahmen, die ich mit Hilfe einer KI restauriert habe… SO VIEL ARBEIT floss hier hinein und ich würde sagen, es hat sich sowas von gelohnt! Persönlich gesehen das interessanteste Video, da ich komplett ausrastet bin, obwohl ich total krank war und Fieber hatte.
Dabei sind auch die obigen, verrückten Bilder entstanden.



An dieser Stelle möchte ich noch Werbung für mein Boiler Closing Set machen. Leider sind die Videoaufnahmen zu dunkel geworden, da die Beleuchtung mangelhaft war… Die Audiodatei ist aber dafür eine Bombe! 38 Songs in 1,5 Stunden ein persönlicher Rekord. Das Set ist auf jeden Fall eure Zeit wert!

Nun zur Sticker Aktion (Das letzte Bild):

Ich habe mir ein paar Tausend Sticker drucken lassen… Ja, ich gehöre zu den Menschen, die ihren Scheiß überall hin “taggen” müssen… Schuldig… Habe früher viel in der Sprayerszene agiert…
Das Motiv sieht im Endeffekt recht simpel aus, trotzdem stecken sehr viele Tage Arbeit dahinter! Ich würde das Ganze gerne mit euch teilen und jedem, der Interesse hat, eine Handvoll zuschicken. Jeder, der dabei mitmachen möchte, kann mir gerne seine Daten über Email oder bei Instagram zusenden. Natürlich müsst ihr keine Kosten tragen.

I’ve got something to listen to again! I know there hasn't been a video from me in the last 2 months, but if you follow me on Soundcloud or Instagram, you've probably noticed that I've had some gigs which kept me busy. However, at the end of the year. I really dug in and finished 3 projects from the year 2023. Those videos will be published in January.



12.01.2024 - Landau Sommer #2
A performance from July 2023 and the second and last part of the Landauer Sommer event.
Personally, I had the least desire to make this video, as there was a lot of trouble and frustration with the DJ partner in the background...
For your Information techno was allowed for the first time at this city festival. Let's hope it will be the same for this year.



19.01.2024 - Wumms Im Wingert
This event was organized by my collective, "ZIRKEL 22" and also took place in July. One of the most fun gigs I've ever had!
Unfortunately, to protect the audience, the whole thing had to be stopped after 1 hour because of a heavy thunderstorm.

26.01.2024 - XMAS
Another event organized by ZIRKEL 22, which took place in December 2023. XMAS... December... Who would have thought...
Partly dark and washed out footage that I restored with the help of an AI... SO MUCH WORK went into this and I'd say it was so worth it! Personally, the most interesting video as I completely freaked out even though I was totally sick and had a fever.
The crazy pictures above were also taken in the process.



At this point I would like to advertise my Boiler Closing Set. Unfortunately, the video recordings turned out too dark because the lighting was poor. I couldn't save it… But the audio file is a bomb! 38 songs in 1.5 hours - a personal record. The set is definitely worth your time!

I had a few thousand stickers printed... Yes, I'm one of those people who have to "tag" their shit everywhere... Guilty... Used to be in the sprayer scene a lot....
The motif looks pretty simple in the end, but it still took a lot of days of work! I would like to share the whole thing with you and send a handful to anyone who is interested. Anyone who would like to take part is welcome to send me their details via email or Instagram. Of course you don't have to pay anything.
Please bear in mind that this campaign may take some time.

Nur ein kleines Update

Am 24.11.23 werde ich meinen ersten Auftritt in einem Boiler haben (Nicht Boiler Room).
Ich hätte noch ein paar Gästelistenplätzchen falls jemand in der Nähe wohnen sollte.
Ich werde selbstverständlich versuchen das Ganze wie immer aufzunehemen wobei man hier in diesem Setting relativ wenig Möglichkeiten hat... mal sehen.

25% sind bereits fetig und der Rest wird nach dem Auftritt fertig gestellt. Ich denke dass Ganze wird in 3-4 Wochen fertig sein. Ein wenig Gedult ist gefragt

Dazu muss gesagt werden, ich hatte zwischendurch einen Stromausfall, zum ersten Mal wieder seit Jahrzehnten... Das bedeutet, das Video ist an einer Stelle zusammengeschnitten. Es ist wie es ist.

Mein Leben:
Ich glaube, gesundheitlich geht es mir mittlerweile relativ gut. Ich habe hier und da noch zu kämpfen, aber es sollte im Großen kein Problem mehr darstellen.
Im Grunde möchte ich nun ein wenig proaktiver werden und das folgende Video/Set als Bewerbungsmaterial nutzen. Ich bin gespannt, wie es ankommt!



Mein Studio:
Eigentlich nicht mehr der Rede wert, da es fertig ist und nur noch das ein oder andere Upgrade hinzu kommt. Auf jeden Fall vernünftige Laser...

It has to be said that I had a power failure in between, for the first time in decades... That means the video is cut together at one point. It is what it is.

My life:
I think my health is relatively good now. I'm still struggling here and there but it shouldn't be a problem in general.
Basically,Because I am feeling better I want to be a bit more proactive now and use the following video as application material. I'm curious to see how it goes down!



My studio:
Not really worth mentioning because it's finished and just needs an upgrade or two. In any case, decent lasers...



Music production:

Hallo meine Lieben ❤️



Ich bin verdammt nochmal zurück!!!!11eins


Was ist passiert? Wieso gab es keine neuen Sets? Wo zum Teufel war ich?!



Ich fühlte mich nach der Lungenentzündung irgendwie seltsam. Ich vernahm das meiste um mich herum viel intensiver als sonst. Gleichzeitig wurde ich extrem schlapp und bekam hier und da leichte Schmerzen. Ich setzte jedoch meinen Alltag ganz normal fort, ohne mir große Gedanken zu machen. Ich denke, das brachte das Fass endgültig zum Überlaufen. Ungefähr 2 Wochen nach der Lungenentzündung wachte ich auf und wollte ganz normal zur Arbeit, aber ich konnte weder aufstehen noch geradeaus sehen. Mir fehlte plötzlich die Kraft, mich aufzurichten oder meinen Kopf zu drehen. Er brannte und die Bilder kamen verzögert im Gehirn an, was zu extremem Schwindel führte. Meine Finger und Zehen wurden immer wieder taub, krampften oder brannten ebenfalls. Ich hatte eine Riesenangst, ich könnte nie wieder meinen Mixer anfassen… Die Verdauung setzte teilweise oder komplett aus. Dazu bekam ich auch noch eine Glutenunverträglichkeit… Nach der Lungenentzündung verlor ich recht viel Gewicht und nun machte mir das Ganze so richtig Probleme…



Von einem Tag auf den anderen war ich ans Bett gefesselt, aber nicht auf die schöne Art… Ich verstand die Welt nicht mehr. “Was verdammt nochmal war denn plötzlich los?!” “Was fehlte mir?” Da die Symptome total diffus waren, wandte ich mich an alle möglichen Ärzte. Aber egal wo ich war, entweder nahm man mich nicht ernst oder man wollte mir nicht glauben, da die Tests, Ergebnisse oder Aufnahmen in Ordnung waren.



Monatelanges Warten auf Termine - nur, um dann nicht wirklich ernst genommen zu werden, bringt niemandem etwas… Ich hatte es satt! “Ich will wieder gesund sein, gottverdammt!"
Ich bewaffnete mich mit ChatGPT und fing an zu recherchieren und kam nach einer Weile auf eine Krankheit, die noch relativ neu ist, zumindestens für mich. Ich hatte nun endlich einen Namen für meine persönliche Plage und nach einer Weile auch die Diagnose: CFS. Ich werde nicht näher auf das Krankheitsbild eingehen, weil jeder, der Interesse hat, es zuhause selber nachgoogeln kann. Wichtig ist nur: dieser Zustand kann reversibel und somit heilbar sein, indem man sein Gehirn “neu vernetzt”.
Ich versuche mal das Problem auf wenige Sätze runterzubrechen: Meine Nerven geben Signale falsch wieder und das Gehirn muss neue Nerven bilden und dann auch nur noch diese nutzen, um weiterhin Signale störungsfrei erhalten und verarbeiten zu können. Ein gutes Stichwort hierfür ist Neuroplastizität.



Mittlerweile würde ich sagen, dass ich bereits 50-70% meiner ursprünglichen Kräfte wieder habe und ich mache jeden Tag große Fortschritte in Rekordzeit, auch wenn das Ganze extrem schwer ist...
Ein ständiger Drahtseilakt zwischen zum Beispiel: “Ich will wieder so ausrasten wie früher und bis spät in die Nacht hinein arbeiten” und “bloß nicht zu viel auf einmal vornehmen, sonst fehlt mir die Kraft am Abend, um gesundes Essen zu kochen”. Wenn man sich in diesem Dilemma auch noch als Workaholikerin bezeichnet, entsteht relativ schnell ein Interessenkonflikt im Kopf. :)

So, nun zum guten Teil des ganzen Romans… Ein paar von euch, die mir auf Instagram folgen, haben es bereits mitgekriegt. Ich lege wieder auf! Es fühlt sich sooo unendlich gut an, wieder spielen zu können! Ich musste leider das ein oder andere Event auslassen, dafür werden die kommenden Events aufgenommen und auf Youtube hochgeladen. Ich nutze insgesamt drei Kameras, was zu viel mehr Spannung und Bewegung innerhalb der Videos führt. Es ist ne Menge Arbeit, das Ganze wieder zusammenzuflicken, deshalb bin ich extrem gespannt, wie das Feedback ausfallen wird.



Was ist aus dem Studiobau geworden? Das Studio ist fertig! Als ich langsam Stück für Stück damit anfing, hatte ich noch ein völlig anderes Bild im Kopf. Das Ergebnis ist jedoch sehr viel besser als ich es mir vorstellen konnte! Ich muss ehrlich zugeben, das Ganze fiel mir ziemlich schwer, da ich keine Eigenschaften besitze, die man zum Heimwerken braucht…



Wann wird man das Studio sehen? Ich denke, ich werde “TOTAL ABGESPACED #9” am 29.07. auf einem Event live spielen und somit wird das Studio erst mit “TOTAL ABGESPACED #10” zu sehen sein. Pünktlich zum kleinen Jubiläum sozusagen.



Was für Videos stehen an? Im Moment stehen einige Videos im B2B-Format an, bei denen ein sehr guten Freund und ich ein Duo bilden. (www.instagram.com/dark_impulse_techno/). Das Ganze muss erst noch geschnitten werden, deshalb wird es bestimmt noch die ein oder andere Woche dauern. Solche Back2Back-Geschichten wird es in Zukunft immer wieder mal geben. Dabei ist zu erwähnen, dass hauptsächlich ich die Sets plane, weshalb das Ganze die gleiche Qualität wie die TOTAL ABGESPACED-Reihe haben wird.



Was noch?


-Ich habe vor, in naher Zukunft “Mixing-Unterricht” zu geben. Zumindest werde ich ein paar Anzeigen online stellen und schauen, was passiert. Ich habe früher zur Schulzeit bereits Nachhilfeunterricht gegeben und man sagte mir dabei nach, ich könne Information sachlich und verständlich rüberbringen.


-Ich werde eine “buymeacoffee” Option einführen. Eine kleine Art Trinkgeld würde mich finanziell beim Kauf der Musik entlasten. Nur ein kleines Beispiel, um vor Augen zu führen, wie teuer sowas ist: TOTAL ABGESPACED #8 hat mich knapp 85€ gekostet und mir 0€ eingebracht, da ich die Videos selbstverständlich nicht monetarisieren darf.


-Ich habe HAMMER Tracks, die zum Teil noch unveröffentlicht sind, von A*S*Y*S* und ORYMA zugeschickt bekommen. Ich freue mich bereits riesig, die Songs in den kommenden Events spielen zu können.


-Kommende Events? Ja, ich habe einiges vor, wobei ich nicht viel erzählen möchte, da im Moment, aufgrund meiner gesundheitlichen Lage, noch gar nichts sicher ist… Einige Events werden unter anderem vom Kollektiv, Zirkel 22, in dem ich Mitglied bin, veranstaltet. www.instagram.com/zirkel.22/ Am 29.07 ist zum Beispiel eins, bei dem ich, wie oben bereits erwähnt, spielen werde.

What happened? Why were there no new sets? Where the hell was I?!



I felt kinda weird after the pneumonia. I heard most things around me much more intensely than usual. At the same time I became extremely weak and got a little pain here and there. However, I went on with my daily life as normal without giving it much thought. I think that was the final blow. About 2 weeks after the pneumonia, I woke up and wanted to go to work as usual, but I couldn't get up or see straight. I suddenly lacked the strength to sit up or turn my head. It burned and the images were delayed in reaching the brain, causing extreme dizziness. My fingers and toes kept getting numb, cramping, or burning as well. I was terrified that I would never touch my mixer again... Digestion stopped partially or completely. I also got gluten intolerance... After the pneumonia I lost a lot of weight and now this came on top...



From one day to another I was bedridden, but not in a nice way... I didn't understand the world anymore. "What the hell happened all of a sudden?!" "What am I missing?" Since the symptoms were totally diffuse, I turned to all sorts of doctors. But no matter where I was, they either didn't take me seriously or they didn't want to believe me because the tests, results or recordings were okay.



Months of waiting for appointments - only to then not really be taken seriously does no one any good... I was fed up! "I want to be healthy again, goddamn it!"
I armed myself with ChatGPT and started my own research and after a while I came up with an illness that is still relatively new, at least to me. I finally had a name for my personal plague and after a while the diagnosis: CFS. I won't go into detail about the clinical picture because anyone who is interested can google it themselves at home. The important thing is: this condition can be reversible and thus curable by “rewiring” your brain.
I'll try to break the problem down into a few sentences: My nerves misrepresent signals and the brain has to form new nerves and then only use these in order to be able to continue to receive and process signals without interference. A good keyword here is neuroplasticity.



I would now say that I'm already back to 50-70% of my original strength and I'm making great progress every day in record time, even though it's extremely difficult...
A constant balancing act between, for example: "I want to freak out like I used to and work late into the night" and "just don't do too much at once, otherwise you won't have the strength to cook healthy food in the evening". If you also describe yourself as a workaholic in this dilemma, a conflict of interest arises relatively quickly in your head. :)



-------------



So now for the good part of the whole novel... A few of you who follow me on Instagram have already noticed. I am back in the business! It feels sooooo good to be able to play again! Unfortunately, I had to skip one or the other event, so the upcoming events will be recorded and uploaded to Youtube. I use three cameras in total, which leads to much more tension and movement within the videos. It's a lot of work putting this back together, so I'm extremely excited about the feedback.



What happened to the studio building? The studio is ready! As I slowly began to do this bit by bit, I had a completely different picture in my head. However, the result is a lot better than I could have imagined! I honestly have to admit that the whole thing was quite difficult for me as I don't have the qualities needed for “DIY-work”...



When will you see the studio? I think I'll be releasing “TOTALLY ABGESPACED #9” on 07/29. playing live at an event and so the studio will only be seen with “TOTAL ABGESPACED #10”. A small, persanal anniversary.



What videos are coming up? At the moment there are few videos coming up in a B2B format, where a very good friend and I form a duo. (www.instagram.com/dark_impulse_techno/).
This whole thing has yet to be cut, so it will definitely take a week or two. It should be mentioned that I mainly plan the sets, so this whole thing will have the same quality as the TOTAL ABGESPACED series.



What else?


-I plan to give “Mixing Classes” in the near future. At least I'll put some ads online and see what happens. I used to give private tuition when I was at school and I was said to be able to convey information in a factual and understandable way.


-I will introduce a “buymeacoffee” option. A small kind of a tip would relieve me financially when buying the music. Just a small example to show how expensive something like this is: TOTAL ABGESPACED #8 cost me almost 85€ and brought me 0€, because I'm obviously not allowed to monetize the videos.


-I received mind blowing tracks from A*S*Y*S* and ORYMA. Some of them are still unreleased! I'm really looking forward to playing those songs in the upcoming events.


-Upcoming events? Yes, I have a lot planned, but I don't want to tell you much, because at the moment nothing is certain due to my health situation... Some events are organized by the collective, Zirkel 22, of which I am a member. www.instagram.com/zirkel.22/ On July 29th, for example, there is one where, as mentioned above, I will play.

I am back with an update



New Mix:
-Let's call it "ACIDOVERFLOW" as a spoiler 🤐
-90% is ready which simply means it's ready to play!!! 🔥 The other 10% is editing and uploading...
-This time i will play 2 songs that were sent to me! 🔥🔥🔥



My Live:
-I am very happy about every comment which still motivates me ofcourse and I am still trying to answer every comment! I hope i haven't forgotten anyone! ❤️❤️



Changes in the Future:
-The next big change will be my small home studio which I will completely rebuild... (I have a dream that one day... my DJ gear will be on a table that I can manually raise up or lower down... oh, I have a dream...)
-I started publishing my tracklists again because because f*ck those who copy my sets and welcome to those who love good techno! (The tracklist for #6 is uploaded)



What else?
-Still working on my first song using Ableton. I am even taking an online course at the moment 💪
-Got a new camera. From now on there will be a bigger picture and a better quallity 💪
-You want to send me a song because you think it fits my sets? VERY GOOD! YOU ARE WELCOME! BUT!!!! Please don't send me just a link without any description and background. I won't click on something like that...
-But that also means: If you know a good song or artist, please share it with me in the comment section!
