yo. so in order to pay for my tuition for this term, i’m working two giga long shifts (yesterday and today). that’ll hopefully allow me to pay off my two courses for this term without too much financial pain. streams continue friday :p
yoyo so funny update. i actually enrolled in two university courses for this winter which means now ill be doing actual university work on stream LMAOO.
christmas time is here! i hope everyone has a great christmas or day, even if you don't celebrate.
although i didn't really accomplish basically anything that i set out for myself this year, i think it was still productive in other ways i wouldn't have expected. i got my first job in like 3 years. i got diagnosed with crohn's disease and am awaiting evaluation from another specialist come time in march. i went through my first real breakup. i now have a soft-deadline on my current way of living as my parents plan on retiring soon. i almost hit 3000 subs! 100 away but still, this is the largest i've ever been in my life.
i think i lost focus of what i want to make content on again. i did publish more videos this year that i genuinely enjoyed making than i did last year, which i think is a huge step in the right direction! i just put a lot of pressure onto myself which in turn leads to me to underperform, all while overpromising and underdelivering. maybe you guys can relate to this too.
i think the main thing my life lacked this year was some sort of consistency. i feel like a couple years back i had some sort of routine or consistency because i was in university. i'm still figuring out how to balance self-study, content creation, work, and my other hobbies.
that's something i'm planning for going into the new year, and i hope it yields the results i desire. even if it doesn't, i hope it can eventually lead me somewhere i want to be.
