Hello everyone! I just wanted to say keep grinding! There is nothing wrong with Liss cardio. You have to crawl before you walk! I recommend for beginners 3 times a week 30-60 minutes. Advanced 60 minutes 5 days a week. A simple walk consistently will help burn fat and preserve some muscle. The recovery is more easy! There is nothing wrong with a little walk !!ππππΏππΏππΏππΏ
