Writing this note while traveling in Rajasthan, Jaipur; the Pink City .

Every wall tells a story. But if you listen closely, you’ll realize the stories aren’t about buildings… they’re about people.

As a coach, a philosopher in endeavours, I travel not just to see places, but to observe souls.
The colors, the chaos, the way people move, speak, build, and believe, it’s all psychology, written in motion.

Since I was thirteen, I’ve wandered these streets of India on and off, and now, after decades, Im looking at the same structures but I SEE them quite differently.

I see how superstitions anchor people and stand as towering hindrances to empower them.
How superstitions outlive generations… and how even in the face of time, some beliefs refuse to die.

It’s fascinating, because what we call “culture” is really behaviour in disguise.

And when you learn to read it, you understand why people lead, love, fail, and rise the way they do.
That’s why I travel. Some travels are for pure luxury and some for deep first hand experiences like these.

Beyond the usual tourist sights…you gain the insights.

To study human nature where it hides: in rituals, in reactions, in the rhythm of everyday life.

Because if you can understand people, you can transform them.

And when you can transform people, you can transform the WORLD.

The myth of a year in hand!

- You have 26 holidays for 2025 in Sri Lanka & India.
- You also have 52 weekends ( where most don't work)
- April holidays , let's add another 4 more days to it.
- Sick leave , lets wish it's none but add 7 days on average.
- The other holidays that you claim - 7 days

So that's 96 days there, meaning 3.2 months.

Here's the news, you don't have a year. It's already less than 9 months.

Now, decide how are you going to invest every minute of this precious time as it will determine where you will end up on the 31st December this year.

This doesn't mean that you work around the clock. How I go about is how intensely discipline I am during the limited time I work.
