గుడ్డులో చాలా పోషక పదార్దాలు ఉన్నాయి.
ప్రకృతి నుండి ఆకులు, పువ్వులు, వేర్లు విత్తనాలు, జంతువులు (మాంసం, పాలు, చర్మం మొదలైన...) తీసుకుంటున్నాం. నీటిలో ఇదే చేపలు.... గాలిలో ఎగిరే పక్షులు... చివరికి ప్రాణం బయటకి రాకముందే గుడ్డుని ఆహరం పేరున తినేస్తున్నాం. ప్రకృతి ఇన్ని మనకు ఇవ్వటానికి బాధ పడటంలేదు కానీ ప్రకృతికి సాయం చెయ్యటానికి మనం బాధ పడుతున్నాం. దయచేసి ప్రకృతి ఋణం తీర్చుకోవటానికి ఐనా మీ ఇంట్లో మీ కోసం ఒక మొక్క నాటండి. మేడమీద పక్షుల కోసం కొన్ని గింజలు నీళ్లు పెట్టండి.
