This isn’t just a cliche saying. It’s a way of life.
Even in the worst times of my life if I would’ve been able to hold onto this thought, my mental state would have been so much better. So, really when I say this, it’s a perception shift.

The worst place to be is in that perpetual place of hopelessness. This is where I camped for so long. But God is wanting to remind you that HE HAS A PLAN FOR YOU. How big or how small, I don’t know. But God has a plan for EVERYONE.

But Don, you don’t know what I’m going through or Don you don’t know what I’ve done.

I don’t need to know any of that to tell you what I am convinced of….

GOD HAS A PLAN FOR YOUR LIFE AND ANYTHING IN CONTRARY TO THAT IS A LIE FROM THE PIT OF HELL.

You asked for a deeper relationship, so I am pouring out My love for you as you remember Jesus and His resurrection. No longer do you have to fear. No longer do you have to worry, because My provision is forever, and I will not let you fall, My son. I will hold you up. I will be there. I am already there, ahead of you, peeking through every situation you face until you get there.

Yes, you are going to get there.

"But God? What is there?"

There is only for Me to know, My son. Here is what you have. There is what I do. Here is My gift to you. There is the outpouring of thanks that thirsts to the point of exhaustion. Yes, you will get there. But there is Mine to worry about, and here is the gift that you have for now.

Remember Jesus, for My love is so vast that it has covered all those wrongs and made them rights.

Now, back to your study.

One more thing. I really love you, My son, and I am proud of how far you have come.

God I’m just grateful…..

I was sitting here after my stepsons soccer game just reminiscing over the last few years and man.

I am just so grateful for where God has me right now.

To be honest, I felt like giving up completely a few weeks ago.

Because I felt like there was no movement.

No change.

It felt like everything I had worked so hard on just was coming to a halt.

Discouragement hit me so hard and the whisper to give up got so loud.

I told God I need a break. He very graciously answered and said REST because what’s up ahead, you are going to need new vision, new sources to draw strength from, and the Bible is not an option it is a must.

So, as I sit here and type this, it’s like God has completely restored my vision.

I CAN SEE!

It’s amazing to me to see how God can take a season where subscribers were leaving faster than the videos could get posted, no movement, no growth, and then completely flip it to say,

THIS SEASON WAS PREPARING YOU FOR WHATS AHEAD.

So, all of this to say.

GOD IM JUST GRATEFUL.

What if the very thing that has been trying to break you is the very area that God is going to use to propel you into your purpose?

Something that we can always hold onto is that there is no coincidence or accident as to why things happen.

So, what does that mean for you?

The very thing you are experiencing right now is pulling something out of you.

It’s making room for what God has for you because see, you can’t bring that with you where God is taking you next.

So IT HAD TO HAPPEN.

Because if it didn’t happen the way it did, then the growth that is about to happen wouldn’t take place.

So it had to happen so you would grow.
So you would finally get mad enough at that…..

Yes. That.

God has been speaking this to me all week.

He said DON I WANT YOU TO HATE THAT SIN LIKE I DO.

One thing that we can always come back to…….

So, we’ve been going through 2 Timothy verse by verse for about 3 weeks now.

It always amazes me to see that no matter how many times I read a passage or even just a simple verse, how I see something new just about every time.

Something that amazes me even more is how God speaks directly through His Word. But it is up to us to actually listen.

8 weeks ago I felt a shaking.

A shaking in my core.

It was like when I read “do your best to show yourself approved” my gut sank.

I was not showing myself approved nor was I doing what I knew I should be.

But it was that shaking that woke something up in me.

It was that shaking that allowed me to actually catch vision.
Vision for the future.
Vision for my family.
Vision for us as the Laxton Family.

So, what if all of this was supposed to happen so God could make you UNMOVABLE?

Family!!!!!

Phew! What a month!

I wanted to start off by saying, I miss every single one of you. About 30 days ago I felt the Lord calling me to His feet.

At the same time I had to finish 2 more classes for college and I am happy to announce I am completely done with college! I just finished a Biblical Proclamation class and when I tell you God showed up in such a powerful way.

There is so much to tell you, I will have to do a Live soon to fill everybody in.

But the Lord had me quiet.

The word I got was GO QUIETLY.

At first I thought I screwed up. But Jesus, Moses and many of the forefathers had to go an spend some time quietly with the Father.

Over this past 5 weeks, God had me confront myself and He has given me new vision.

God brought to my mind the time when Moses went up on the mountain to get the Law. This is what God has been doing over the past month.

In short, I have been working really hard on some really awesome teachings, sermons, and then I have this new Series God has put on my heart.

STAY FRUITFUL TO MULTIPLY!

Stay tuned because I felt a release this morning.

I just wanted to give an update as I have seen the comments wondering where I went.

Everything is okay. Just needed to regroup and get some new vision for the channel.
