Hello, sorry for my absence. There hasn’t been much to discover anymore for this station. Apart from the fact that most of the 2020 bumpers have been replaced by new ones this year. That’s right, another rebrand, sort of. The watermark is now more visible on the screen, and Arizona PBS now has a second channel. And they promote it during commercial breaks, sometimes they’ll even upload their commercials there, mainly to promote Horizon and PBS. Other than that, I feel the searches for archived commercial animations might end. But it won’t, because new ones always show up eventually. Like the 2024 batch that just came out, I’ll start uploading those eventually.

Also, I’m 8 days late on this. It has officially been 18 years and 8 days since KAET has rebranded to Ei8ht after 45 years of using the well known KAET Channel 8 branding.

So guys, the 2012 Eight Life bumper only really showed twice on TV last night and never again since I captured it. I had to literally not say a word or have any noise in the background just to capture this. I feel so lucky, the new one is showing again. If I would’ve never caught that, it would’ve been lost forever. I’ll try to remaster it soon.
