Hi, I'm Trina – Self-Love Healer, Author, & Autistic INFJ.

INFJs and autistic INFJs hire me to heal their self-love so they can thrive in a world that wasn’t created for them. Through coaching, community, and classes, I guide them toward self-acceptance and fulfillment.

Let’s connect to see if working together is right for you!

You know that moment where you already know you don’t want to do something…

…and then somehow you still hear yourself say yes?

And the second it’s out of your mouth, you’re like…"Wait, why did I just do that?”

I’ve done this more times than I can count.
I’ll be sitting there, helping someone with something I didn’t even want to say yes to…
and in my head I’m thinking about the 100 other things I could be doing.

The things I actually wanted to do.

And there’s this quiet frustration that starts building…because it’s not like I didn’t know. I knew.

That’s the part that gets me.

I’m aware of my boundaries.

I can feel when something’s a no.
…and I still override it.

And then later…
I sit there trying to figure out why I did it again.

That loop? That’s exactly what I’m breaking down in my workshop:

The INFJ Trap: When Self-Awareness Keeps Us Stuck

If you’re tired of knowing your boundaries…
but still not following them…
this will finally help you make it make sense.

How many times were you told…

“Stop being such a crybaby”
“You’re too sensitive”
“You take everything too personally”
“Grow thicker skin”
“You wear your heart on your sleeve”

And after hearing it enough…
something starts to happen.

You don’t just feel things deeply…
you start questioning yourself for it.

You start wondering:
“Did I overreact?”
“Why did that affect me so much?”
“Why does this stick with me when everyone else seems fine?”

So you try to push it down.
Brush it off.

Convince yourself it shouldn’t matter.

But it still does.

And that’s the part no one really explains.
Because this isn’t just about being “too sensitive.”

There’s actually a reason some moments…
stay with you
loop in your mind
hit deeper than they seem to for others

And it’s something called
rejection sensitivity dysphoria.

I’m going live tomorrow inside my community to talk about this in a way that actually makes sense.

Not surface level.
But what’s really going on underneath… and why it can feel so intense.

If you’ve ever questioned yourself for how deeply you feel things…
this is a conversation you’re going to want to be in.

My community links in the comments, check it out.

Why did that hit so hard?

It wasn’t even a big moment…
but now it’s stuck.

Replaying the conversation
Wondering if something was said wrong
Feeling it sit in the chest long after it’s over

And this quiet thought shows up:
“Why can’t this just roll off me like it seems to for everyone else?”

For a long time, it felt like something was off.

Like maybe things were being taken too personally…
or felt too deeply.

But there might actually be a reason for this.
Especially for INFJs…
and even more for autistic INFJs.

Something called rejection sensitivity dysphoria.

Not “being too sensitive.”
But a nervous system that holds onto moments
that feel like rejection, disconnection, or shift.

I’m going live this Friday inside my community
to talk about this in a real, grounded way.
Why it happens
Why it feels so intense
And why it stays

My INFJ community is open this week.

If this felt familiar…
you’re going to want to be there for this one.

You can spend your whole life surrounded by people…
and still feel completely alone.

Not because something’s wrong with you…
but because you’ve never really had a space where you could just be fully yourself.

Where you don’t have to filter.
Where you don’t have to shrink.
Where you don’t have to explain how your mind works.

That’s why I created Insight Lounge 🤍, a community built specifically for INFJs

And next week, we’re doing our very first connection circle inside the community.

This isn’t small talk.
This isn’t surface-level conversation.

This is a space where you can: – share what’s actually on your mind
– connect with people who think like you
– or just sit back and listen and finally feel understood

No pressure. No expectations.
Just real connection.

Bring your tea, your coffee, your cozy blanket…
and come as you are.

If you’ve been craving something deeper…
this is your invitation.

After a certain point, you realize small talk just doesn’t fill the gap.

You can have conversations all day…
be around people…
even be “included”…
and still walk away feeling like something was missing.

Not because you need more people.

But because you need depth.

You need conversations that actually go somewhere…
where you don’t have to filter yourself…
where you’re not the only one holding the emotional weight.

And it gets tiring…
being the one who listens deeply, understands deeply…
but rarely feels that in return.

That’s why I created Insight Lounge —
a community built specifically for INFJs and neurodivergent INFJs.

It’s a space where we have real conversations…
through live connection circles, Q&As,
and just being able to talk about the things you actually think about…
with people who naturally meet you there.

No pressure. No pretending.
Just depth, connection… and people who feel like home.

If you’ve been quietly thinking,
“where are the people like me…”
They’re here 🤍
