From Telecom and BTS Site Solutions to Material Management and the development of specialised solutions and advanced cable assemblies, each role has added depth to his functional expertise and sharpened his management acumen.

Today, as DGM – Production & Planning, UL Cables, he is central to the UL Export Cable business, where precise planning and on-time delivery turn commitments into results. His results-first approach has strengthened Svarn's performance and its reputation in the industry.

Beyond the shop floor, he finds joy in the rhythm of cricket and the depth of classical Indian music.
