With over 14 years of experience in the wire & cable industry, Mr. Harikant brings extensive expertise in marketing, business development, and strategic account management across Solar DC, Railway, LT Power, Control, Instrumentation, Rubber, Aerial Bundled (AB) Cable, and Conductor segments. Having worked with leading organizations in the industry, he has built a strong track record of driving business growth and fostering long-term customer relationships.

At Svarn, he will spearhead our marketing and business development initiatives for the Solar & EV segment, supporting our vision for growth and innovation.

Throughout his illustrious career, he has successfully led the execution of numerous large-scale and mission-critical projects across the defence sector, working closely with leading organizations including BEL, HAL, BHEL, DRDO, ISRO, and other strategic government and defence establishments. He has also served as Country Manager and Strategic Advisor for several multinational and Indian organizations, driving business growth, technology adoption, and long-term strategic partnerships.

A strong advocate of customer-centric engagement, Mr. Ram Prasad believes in building enduring partnerships and delivering innovative, cost-effective, and high-value solutions that create sustainable business outcomes.

His outstanding contributions to industrial growth and technology advancement have been recognized through several prestigious honours, including the President of India Award, the HET Excellence Award, and the Karnataka Udyog Award.
