As you know, we always strive to improve even further. That’s why we have spent the last 2 years researching and trying new ways to perform and teach Mobility training. We created a completely new and different Mobility program for you: “Mobility 2.0”
Mobility 2.0 is designed as a step-by-step online course with 32 weeks of training divided into 3 levels and an additional preparation phase.
To keep you motivated and help you succeed, we focused on variety to make the program more enjoyable. This means you get more than 160 exercises and modifications represented in high quality videos & graphics, ensuring that you know exactly what and what not to do!
In Mobility 2.0, your workouts are structured as mobility flows that train every major joint in your body. We also made sure to focus on shorter flows that alternate more often. So for most workouts you will only need 10 to 20 minutes, but never more than 35.
To guide you through your workout, we’re happy to introduce follow along videos that you can do on your phone, tablet or PC. Another new feature are mod weeks, where you are free to modify the exercises, boost your creativity and lay the foundation for building your own flows.
