Patreon is Getting it Right.



I've complained a lot about the ongoing battle that creators have to wage against platforms that really don't have their best interests in heart, from Click-bait and Rage-bait titles and thumbnails, to regurgitating your own content as you try and stay in the good graces of the algorithm, and now to AI Videos that nobody wants to watch, with companies really giving you no way of just turning AI off.



I am not free of blame here, I've regurgitated content in hopes of finding more viewers, and am spread over so many platforms in an attempt to be on all sorts of platforms that just never seem to truly have the best interests of the creator at heart.

Well Patreon has seen this, and they've been working incredibly hard at making their Platform more of one where you can easily discover other creators, they've always been there as a place to support creators, but are now really focusing on kind of fighting the good social media fight against what I can only really call the garbage that we all need to wade through on a regular basis.



If you're not over on my Patreon yet, hop on over, become a free member, find other creators that interest you, and be there at what is kind of a new beginning on Patreon as they launch a variety of new tools to help make the platform more of a global community instead of just a lot of individual ones.
