Congratulations to Yiheng Wang for setting a new Rubik's Cube world record with an astonishing solve time of 3.08 seconds at the XMUM Cube Open 2025 on February 16, 2025. This remarkable achievement surpasses the previous record of 3.13 seconds held by Max Park since June 2023. At just 11 years old, Yiheng continues to redefine the limits of speedcubing excellence.
In addition to this single solve record, Yiheng also holds the world record average time for the 3×3×3 event, with an impressive 4.05 seconds, set at the Zhengzhou Open 2024 on December 8, 2024.
