IPO Size : 4,89,72,994 Shares (100% OFS)

Retail Quota : 35%
Shareholder Quota : 5%


Have already informed for buying 1 share of Icici bank

Those bought ICICI Bank till 4th Dec 2025 will be considered as Eligible Shareholder for SH category

After Tata Capital unlisted share

Another alert for Boat IPO unlisted share - Co name is imagine marketing


Whosoever is buying are getting trapped


From 1700 to 1300 in last 6 months that too when boat shows they turned profitable


Cmp in unlisted market is 1300

Whereas I expect IPO price to be somewhat around 360 - 440

Which is 66% down at upper band too

And even if boat deliveres 100% gains ( which is Nearly impossible) at IPO listing, still one won't be able to recover cost

So better to avoid buying in unlisted market

Hero fincorp IPO has filed for IPO

To get shareholder quota buy 1 share of hero motocorp currently trading at 4424


Points to note

1- have to hold till IPO comes in

2- should I buy 2 or more shares to increase chances - answer is NO
Buy 1 or 2 or more - chances will be same

3 - buy in all those accounts from where you will be Applying IPO

4 - futures or options will work - NO, only equity

5 - mutual fund having hero moto, etf will not work, only equity

Buy 1 share and sit peacefully


Buy only if you don't have hero motocorp in portfolio, if already have avoid
