Daily reminder to keep your mental health in check during conversations. I’ve had many situations where I subconsciously took out suppressed emotions on my favorite people/person. Nobody should have to bare my emotional weight like that, especially not another minor who doesn’t know how to help. That’s too much pressure especially if they deal with similar things and have to relive it. Just be sensitive when discussing those topics. With all this in mind I am a massive hypocrite. <3
