Alaturka is an instrumental music channel inspired by the richness of Turkish sounds — from calm, chill atmospheres to vibrant, energetic grooves. Choose your mood, follow the flow.
When I started Alaturka, I simply wanted to share the music I genuinely love listening to.
Maybe 101 is a small number by YouTube standards, but to me it means 101 people who found something familiar in the same rhythm.
We come from different countries, speak different languages, and grew up in different cultures. But music reminds us that feelings don't need translation.
The pulse of a drum can awaken the same excitement. A melody can bring the same peace. A simple rhythm can make us smile, move, or remember something we thought we'd forgotten.
That's why I believe that while cultures are different, emotions are shared.
In Turkish culture, we believe beautiful things become even more beautiful when they're shared. If you know someone who might enjoy these sounds, I'd be grateful if you shared the channel with them. Let's grow this little community together.
And I'd love to hear from you.
Which track has connected with you the most? What did it make you feel? Is there a mood, rhythm, or atmosphere you'd like to hear in future releases?
I read every comment, and many of my ideas begin with what you share.
