I love to rockhound!
I recently bought a Highland Park lapidary 10 inch trim saw and an 8 inch hi tech diamond all-u-need flat lap.
I started my journey! Let’s go!
Rockhound cutting open petrified wood, agates, river rocks. Learning to polish rocks with 8 inch flat lap.

I want to wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving!
My furry rockhound, Lola had surgery on Monday. Now we are healing up, it should be about 6 weeks.
If you’ve gone through a TPLO surgery with your dog, or if you have any tips or tricks let me know!

Thank you so much! 300 subscribers!!
Thank you all for supporting my channel, I appreciate each and every one of you!
I’m working on a few projects, including a video (that isn’t a short!) about what I’ve learned using the vibra lap.
I do like it very much, but there are so many things I didn’t know that I want to share!
I’m excited about what I’ve got tumbling, and I’ve updated how I keep track of that as well.
I started my first carving, so I’ll share this progress pic, can you tell what it is?
Bonus sunset photo. ❤️🫶thank you all!

Good morning from Goldfield Nevada! We are on our way back to Oregon! I am going to look around Tonopah today and then try to get home. I feel bad I wasn’t able to do a video this week. I’ll share some photos and video of the road trip soon!

This rock has me so sucked in right now! I have to show you right now. This rock was meant for Hollywood!
Does anybody know what the silvery inclusions are? This is Graveyard point plume agate that I got from Richardson rock ranch in Madras, Oregon.
Wow Wow WOW this is the first tiny slab I cut off the first little piece I tried and I’m really having feelings for it. ❤️

Hey!! A couple people thought I should make cabs from this petrified wood, and someone also pointed out it would be translucent.
So I gave it a go with this slice. It still needs more polishing but you weren’t wrong! Petrified wood is one of my favorite materials and this is a fun one!

I realized if I’m going to use modeling clay to hold a rock up, I shouldn’t miss the opportunity to goof around. 😂
This is a carnelian agate from a recent rockhound adventure.

These are the slabs I got after the thunder-dome battle with that polka dot agate, and what is left of that rock.
There’s still a few slabs to be had here, but of course it should be done on a proper slab saw!

Is this rock too big for my saw? Yes. But I was able to get a little slice off! I think this rock deserves to be slabbed on a big slab saw! What do you think?
