Why do we celebrate Pride? Well, there are numerous reasons. Firstly, we celebrate the freedom to express ourselves fully and authentically, embracing our identities without fear or shame. We cherish the right to marry and to raise children, as it signifies the progress we have made as a community.

However, rather than dampening our spirits, this criticism fuels our determination to live our lives boldly and unapologetically. Those who aim to silence us inadvertently strengthen our voices.

It is particularly disheartening to witness our community's detractors utilizing children as a means to discredit us. As fathers ourselves, the loving family photos and joyful videos we share should evoke acceptance and understanding, mirroring the simple moments of happiness experienced by any healthy family. The fact that the presence of two men in these images can generate such hateful responses is truly difficult to comprehend.

Nevertheless, amidst these challenges, we firmly believe in the overwhelming power of love. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our friends, community, and followers who have joined us on this journey. Your unwavering support fills our hearts with gratitude, and we want to take this moment to express our love and wish everyone a happy Pride month.

In preparation, we decided to explore our first corn maze with the kiddos and visit many spooky Halloween homes to put us in the Halloween spirit.
