I’m absolutely heartbroken for the Biffle family. I knew Cristina for almost 15 years, and I can honestly say she and Greg were truly incredible people. Kind, generous, and always willing to help others. The last time we spoke, I had offered to see how I could help support Greg’s rescue efforts for hurricane victims. I’m still struggling to process that they’re gone. There really are no words.
One small story that captures who Cristina was:
When I first upgraded to captain, my car was in Knoxville while I was still living in Charlotte. Cristina would often offer to pick me up from CLT when I commuted back. Her only condition? If she picked me up, we had to go out and meet her friends for a night on the town 😂
That was her. Big heart, big personality, always bringing joy into the room.
My thoughts are with their entire family and everyone who loved them. 💔
