Namaz is literally a cure for every single disease, any distress, insecurity etc..
Like bro I've experienced it. It works... It works if you cry in sujood it feels like you're slowly releasing all of it physically.. I felt it let me tell uu.. first with a very heavy heart, you'll start praying, make niyaah, start the rakaah and you'll realise that after every rakaah, your heaviness inside is slowing down and than when you finish praying and crying too much on the mat, you'll lay down on the mat and it'll feel like you're somewhere in a garden of flowers. It'll feel like Allah swt is calming you to not worry, it'll be all okay cz 'hasbunallahi wani'mal wakeel', 'fa'innamal usri yusra', 'innallah ma'assaabreen' and your heart will believe it. And than when you'll get up from the mat, you'll realise it works, instantly like a magic ✨ subhanAllah. Your face which was wet with tears and the way it'll be drying, you'll feel the air as something special is touching your face and you'll feel light and way better after this.. ooh how beautiful islam is. Oh how beautiful is the love of our Almighty 🤍🤍
I am really grateful that he gave me the opportunity to feel his mercy ✨😭

👥: Nothing changes in a year...

Well for me, everything!!

My whole life changed.

Where I used to argue a lot, now I don't instead I express all my feelings in my diary..
Where I used to share my life's journey to everyone with chaos on social media, groups and all, now I don't. Now I like to keep everything private and want to live mysteriously!!
My open hair changed into hijab. ( The only thing I'm proud of in my new journey of life)
My overthinking changed into belief, Tawheed, taqwaa, hope for the best, for everything I now believe in Almighty! I left every worldly pleasures and live away from all toxicity I loved before! Where I wasn't even interested in anyone, now I believe in love just because of the way I love someone! My hardcore changed into softness.. what's remaining??? My whole personality changed bro!!
It's possible to change yourself and I did it ( no matter how difficult Life is going on)
