THANKYOU SO MUCH FOR 90K SUBS WTH!!! 🎉🎉

genuinely, my life has changed completely since starting this channel, and i owe it all to you. 🫶

cringe backstory warning..

for those of you who don't know: this channel got me out of a huge slump in my life. my confidence was at near an all-time low early last year and i was pretty crippled with anxiety.

I filmed my first video during a cyclone in march of last year, cause i couldn't go to work... i filmed it about 10 times over before i was happy enough with it to upload.

in the first 3 months of the channel i filmed two videos almost every single day. some i scrapped. but some i had the courage to upload.

my weekday schedule ran something like this:

- get up for work at around 4am, and upload the video i filmed yesterday, start work at around 5:30am
- plan a video on my lunchbreak
- get home from work at 3:30pm
- film a video
- edit then render the video
- watch asmr to get inspo until i fell asleep somewhere around 9-9:30pm

& on the weekends i would plan and film ~5 videos to make up time.

i'm so glad i did, because i was in love with making videos. & some people actually watched these terrible little videos even with the traffic noise from my apartment and all (i promise i was trying to edit it out).

i am still just as in love with making videos as i was then. and the fact that i can do it full time is genuinely insane to me.

i get a lot of messages and comments telling me “be careful, don’t burn out.”

but trust me.. i never can, and i never will.

because in those first few months, i realised being forced to stop doing something you love is way more painful than being a bit tired at the end of the day from doing it all day.

so thankyou for letting me do what i love.
