I really want to create a focused training group where we train together with structure, commitment, and discipline — not random workouts that get skipped after a few days.
Here’s how it works:
Each week, we have 3 main workouts that we do together as a group. We train together on fixed training days, but you can choose your own time on those days
These are the non-negotiable sessions — the days we show up, train, and keep our promise to ourselves.
On top of that, I’ll share optional bonus workouts for the other days, so you can move more if you want — without pressure.
This is about commitment and consistency.
When you’re in the group, you know:
• which days you train
• what workout you’re doing
• and that you’re not doing it alone
That structure builds confidence, habits, and discipline — for you and for me.
I know how often workouts get abandoned when consistency disappears.
I don’t want to create programs where people train for two days and then stop.
I’ve seen the strongest consistency and engagement when we train together in a structured group — like during the 6-week program. That’s exactly what I want to recreate.
So starting this week, I’m opening a new group, and we’ll begin gently from tomorrow.
The new week’s workouts will focus on abs & glutes — a simple, realistic way to build the habit again.
✨ This group is for women who:
• want to train at home
• want to build strength and muscle
• want to feel good in their body
• want structure and accountability
• want workouts that support weight loss, maintenance, or healthy weight gain
To make this accessible, I’ve created three membership options, depending on what works best for you:
• Annual membership: €79 per year (regular price €149) — approx. €0.20 per day
• Monthly membership: €19.99 per month (regular price €34.99) — approx. €0.60 per day
• Weekly membership: €4.99 per week (regular price €9.99) — approx. €0.70 per day

After that, membership will no longer be available at this rate.

31 MIN FULL BODY STRENGTH WITH DUMBBELLS I Intermediate- Advanced Workout at home I DAY 12
This full-body strength workout targets legs, glutes, chest, back, shoulders, arms, core — giving you a complete training stimulus in just 30 minutes. 💦
3 key things to focus on today:
1. Drive through your full range of motion
Move with control — especially on deadlifts, lunges, and presses. Strength comes from tension, not speed.
2. Keep the core engaged in every movement
Every lift becomes more effective — and safer — when the deep core supports the spine.
Exhale on the effort.
3. Choose a weight that challenges you
The last 10 seconds of each exercise should feel hard.
If you finish the interval easily → go heavier next time.
