We just shipped Budget Management for Odoo Community — a module that brings real, live budget control to standard Odoo 19, no upsell required.

What it does:
🔹 Define budgets by any analytic dimension (project, department, cost center — mix and match)
🔹 Tracks Planned, Committed (open POs) and Actual (posted spend) in real time, with zero double-counting
🔹 Optionally blocks purchase orders that would push a budget over the edge
