✅ Feeling strong picking up groceries, your kids, or chasing your dog.
✅ No hesitation before joining a hike, a game, or a pool day.
That’s the real goal!

Finally had to do something about my Blizzard addiction! Haha.
I’ve had my eye on the Ninja Creami for a while now and when I saw it on sale at Walmart for $169.99 I didn’t even think twice, had to grab it!
My goal with this is simple, make low calorie & high protein ice cream that actually fit my goals… without giving up the foods I love.
Let’s be honest, I’m a full-blown ice cream addict and now I’ve got the perfect tool to keep it in check (and make some killer recipes). Get ready for some seriously tasty creations coming soon!

First practice half marathon in the books.
Distance: 13.1 miles
Time: 2:23:16
Avg HR: 146 bpm
Calories burned: 1,762
This is the longest I’ve ever run and I’m honestly pretty happy with how it went. I’ve got 43 days until race day and my goal is to break 2 hours. I’m not there yet but I will be.
Currently in recovery mode: air compression boots on, electrolytes in hand, and reflecting on how far I’ve come.
And in case you’re wondering… no, I still don’t like running. But I do love challenging myself. I love pushing through the mental and physical resistance to see what I’m capable of.
That’s what this is all about: testing limits, getting uncomfortable, and growing through it.
Let’s fucking go! 💪
