I've noticed that different people are stuck in different versions of Java.
Both in dealing with legacy code as well as learning.

I'd like to understand what would you personally consider as a *new* version of Java?
Which is the *oldest* version are you would consider you are unfamiliar with or have little experience working on?

23 was recently released so it's new for most of us. 
Make sure you choose the oldest version that personally fits the "new and unfamiliar" criteria for you.
