Finally some flying weather in the Alps!
Recorded two adventures:
- a 203 km triangle from Lago Maggiore to the highest mountain of Switzerland (Dufourspitze) and later the Gotthard Pass, crossing the snowy deserts of the central Alps
- a 213 km triangle from a small peak in Germany to the Ziller valley in Austria and then a ride along the main chain of the Alps (see the pic)
1 terabyte of video - now need to cut & edit the next XC stories. Stay tuned!

If you extend the 120 km of Il Classico di Bassano (link below) to the south-west, you will find yourself in a completely different world. High mountains, breathtaking scenery! I recorded this flight on video, but it almost exactly follows my 120 km Bassano triangle, except for the western turnpoint.
Should I make a video of the whole flight or just focus on the southern part of the Pasubio massif?
