I wanted to thank all of you for your support and kind words. All your comments let me see what me, my art and my videos meant to you. I will carry those kind words and support with me always. YOU are all the best of You-Tube and what makes this place special and I'm so lucky to have shared this channel with you. Another factor I alluded to in my video was a physical component to my decision. I had carpel tunnel in my hand for many years but the last year the tingling and numbness made it dangerous and hard to create detailed art pieces. And trying to complete them fast enough to appease the algorithm wasn't sustainable for me. Art can take a toll on your body over the years and I have been creating art since I could hold a pencil. It was time to take care of and listen to my body. I had carpel tunnel surgery today on my left hand and a steroid injection in my right wrist. Another component was sitting at a desk for many hours at a time, which isn't always great for your health. I'm hoping a more overall physical job will help my health in the long run. My darling artists please take care of your hands and bodies! I also just want to add that there are MANY reasons I decided to stop making videos which is personal to me and my situation. I hope I haven't discouraged anyone from pursuing art or becoming a YouTuber as a career. After all that's going on in the U.S. and the world we need art and artists now more than ever. ART has so much value whether you ever make a penny of it or not, whether you share it or keep it just for you. Humans have been creating art all through the ages, it's WHAT WE DO. Don't let anyone convince you that you, your art or your voice isn't anything but pure magic. My hat is off to anyone who shows up and shares themselves and their art with the world. THAT is bravery. Also I will not delete my channel ever, so no worries there. A testament to my weirdness and love of small booties and making little cuties. I typed this all with one fingie while on pain meds so that should show how much I love you. ok byeeeeeeeeeee I loveeeeee youuuuuuu allllllll.
At the start of a new year we get to reflect on all we've done while looking ahead to what we want to do. I can say I'm so proud of all the art I created in 2025. I really pushed myself and I'm thankful for all the lessons I learned and community I got to share it with. In the new year me and my family are looking at making some big (exciting) life changes. I'm hoping for a fresh start this year and a new direction in so many ways. Wishing you all a hopeful and joytul start to a new year. They’re are so many amazing moments waiting for all of us. #artvsartist
MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY HOLIDAYS! I’ve been taking a break from creating videos. I have some changes in the new year I’m not ready to share yet. I hope you are all having an amazing holiday! Snowflake Jenny and my cinnamon roll cheescake for cheer! ❤️🎄🎅
IT’S SPOOKY TIME YA’LL. This one took more time than I thought but I’m editing! I hope to get out at least one more spooky video this month! Let me know if you want a Halloween themed cube for the cube series!
I just wanted to post some of my earlier sculptures to remind everyone we all start somewhere. These are from 2016, so nine years ago. I don’t ever want my tutorials to make anyone feel bad about where they are in their art journey. Please remember that comparing your art to anyone else’s does nothing but steal your joy and is unfair to you. These were from my first years of sculpting. I’m proud of them still because they were the best I could do at that time. I took to sculpting quickly and had been drawing for decades before this. Remember creating the art is the real journey, not the result.
PROGRESS! We’re moved in to our new home! Finally! Hoping I get to use this desk soon! Can’t wait! The walls are pretty naked though, they need some ART.
