Bit Random but listen to this.
Im at work ( security ) whilst patroling the perimeter fence an insect of some sort bit me on the ankle.
It was itching like crazy. So im thinking i cant deal with this, looked aroud the gatehouse ( base ) spotted my ACV Apple cider vinigar ! I put a dab on the bite ( its stung A lot ) but the itching has disapeared.
I will be adding this to my IFAC.
I Hope this ends up in yours ( lifesaver honestly ) OUT
