Happy National Ceiling Fan Day fan collectors and enthusiasts!! I hope you all have an awesome day, and don't forget to use your ceiling fans, of course! New #NCFD video up now!
1. As many of you may have noticed, I have changed my channel name. Now that YT channels have the feature of both an official channel name and a "handle" name, for a while I decided to keep them Brian-FanofFans17 and BrianFanMan23 (respectively; to correlate with both my old channel name and my then current channel name), but I wasn't personally super happy with that (mostly because they're two totally different names). Therefore, I have decided to change the official channel to Brian G. like I already have on many of my other social media platforms. I have also decided to change the other channel name to the significant BrianFanofFans name that this channel has known for years. However, I have decided to remove the "17" out of that name, and for those wondering why, it's mainly because it was just a random number I came up with when I was a kid (same with "23") and now that I'm older has no significance to me or the channel in anyway. I kept it for a long time because, well let's be honest, the name really stuck lol. But it was becoming difficult to explain to people asking what the 17 was about lmao, and I also feel like this makes both my channel names a little more simple and clear.
2. I have decided to unlist all of my "Rate That Song!" videos. As much as I did really love making that series, I have come to realize that it wasn't really relevant to the content that this channel is centered around, that (obviously) being ceiling fans. In addition, I'm also going to be creating a couple more separate channels for music and movies in the near future (which I will link at some point once those are created for anyone who cares). However, I still know that a few viewers of my channel enjoyed that series so I decided to make a public playlist where you can still access all the old unlisted Rate That Song videos. I haven't put all of them in that playlist just yet but I will slowly try to work on that.
Anyways, that's mostly it. All the ceiling fan related content, despite me being very busy with my job & classes, will still continue to be posted on this channel! Once again, thanks for all of the support from everyone!
Just a quick announcement, I just got Snapchat. For anyone who cares or wants to add me, my user is brian-fanoffans/Brian G. Anyways, hope y’all are doing well & take care!
Hey everyone, so I do have another update to make about the recent unfortunate news about me leaving YouTube...
APRIL FOOLS!!!!
However, I do wanna sincerely apologize to anyone who might've been genuinely worried, as I realize this may have been a rather cruel April Fools joke lol. You can all best believe I absolutely still LOVE ceiling fans and the fan community, as well as all the people who support this channel, and I have no plans on ever actually leaving. And the good news is that this will definitely be the only time I probably make an April Fools joke this extreme lol.
As far as how I got the videos to disappear, I just made them all private lol. Some of you actually caught on to that, so for those who did, good job!
Anyways, I do know I haven't uploaded any new stuff in a while, so I'll definitely try to get around to uploading again soon, as I recently went on a trip where I was able to get some cool footage of fans & hotels, so stay tuned for that! Hope y'all had a nice April Fools, and as always, remember to comment, rate, and subscribe! Take care
Hey guys, I assume some of you are probably wondering what has happened to my channel and where all of my videos have gone. Unfortunately, I am sad to say that I am quitting YouTube & the fan community until further notice...and that does mean this channel will officially be no more. I'm sure a lot of you are probably confused by this, as you'd think I'd value this channel and the amount of subscribers it has gained over the past decade, for a long time that was true. But lately, since I've started a full time job, in addition to some negative feedback I've been receiving lately through YouTube comments recently, I'm kinda just done with this channel, the fan community, and just the internet in general.
As sad as some of you may be to hear this, I have in fact permanently deleted all of my uploaded videos. I know many of you have enjoyed watching my content over the years, and as glad as I am to hear that, I just don't feel like they have a place on YouTube anymore. I just feel ready to move on to other things, that's all. This entire channel will be getting deleted in a few days, just so some people have a chance to read this message. It's been a really fun journey y'all. I'm definitely going to miss a lot of you! It is possible (though fairly unlikely) that I could rejoin in the future on a new channel, but even if that is somehow the case, it would definitely not be for many years. Thank you all for supporting my channel over the past decade!
Happy National Ceiling Fan Day everyone! I know it’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted, and unfortunately, I’ve been pretty busy particularly this week with homework related to a new job I have. However, despite all this, I have a very special #NCFD treat for y’all! Sadly, I couldn’t quite get to uploading it today. But on the bright side I’ve already filmed the footage, so I just need to edit & upload. So it should be up in the next day or two. Get ready!!
Hey guys!! Today is a really special day because today, 9/26, marks the official 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY of my YouTube channel and of this account. I'm working on a very special unique video for this momentous occasion. However, the video ended up proving to be a bit difficult to make, so it won't be out today right on the anniversary, which kinda sucks. But I wanna make sure this video is really good for y'all, so I'm taking just a little more time to work on it. It should be out very soon! Get excited!
