It’s been a busy time and working my way out of a funk. Doing a bachelorette weekend thing in Vegas this weekend. Sunday I will be getting my ass to the store and prepping for a great week! Last I weighed in I was 225 this past week which is a weight gain but I’m trying to not want to kms and just do what I have to do! I’m still consistent in the gym/ working out.

Hi friends. I will be going live on my TIKTOK tonight. Day went longer than anticipated but will be getting an at home workout done regardless.
Next Monday I will still be doing an at home workout while listening to THE HAMILTON musical soundtrack as promised for this week.

Hi friends! Thanks for joining me on this journey to wellness. Tonight I did an* at home workout about 45 mins long. I hit 500* reps with a 10 lb dumbbell. During this workout I had an idea to workout with my online accountability pals.
If you would love a Monday evening workout buddy, I will going LIVE every Monday at 5 or 6 pm PST for an at home workout. Beginner friendly because I’m still learning!

I finally posted about my Day one thoughts while doing my 3 day juice fast about a month ago. I will do my best to get day two and three done before the month is over. 😬
I also completed 30 days of eliminating processed foods today! I’m feeling so good and excited about my results.
Tomorrow I will weigh in and start working on my once a month body check accountability update video.

One time in my twenties I lost a LOT of weight. I was at my fittest. Had a hiccup and let the weight pile back on. I finally decided to weigh myself and I was almost 300 pounds.
I’m using this old pic to encourage me of what I’m capable of. We coming back stronger. Let’s go!
