Hey S3 Family!

Hope all our American friends had a wonderful Thanksgiving — and to everyone else, hope you had an amazing weekend too!

We wanted to share a quick note and apologize for the unexpected quiet on our end. It was my birthday (Laila’s!) and we were also dealing with a few health things, so it ended up being the first time in six months that we missed a post.

The good news is we’re back on track, and our next "Day in The Life" episode will be going up this coming Sunday. Thank you for your patience and for always being such an incredible community — you truly make this page possible and we’re so grateful to have you on this culinary journey with us.

And a tiny PS… we’ve been working on a fun new series launching in the New Year. We’re so excited to share it soon. Any guesses? 😄

Happy Monday S3 Family!

We've got a special treat for you...we don't know how we did it, but we landed an icon for our next episode of YS3 Chef, the one and only Chef Jan Hartwig!

Not that chef Jan needs an introduction, but he's one of the fastest chef in history to achieve 3 Michelin stars... doing it in just 6 months, and the chef at one of our absolute favorite restaurants in the world.

We spend two days in Munich getting to know Chef Jan and the places that make Munich so special!

Hey S3 Family!

Hope you’re all doing amazing! We just got back from The Best Chef Awards in Dubai, and wow, what an experience!

We tried to get “YS3 Chef Barcelona” out before we left, but we didn’t want to rush it. It’s all set to premiere this Sunday, and we’re excited to share it with you all!

The awards were a fantastic three-day event with inspiring panel discussions, wrapping up with an epic gala. Huge congratulations to all the chefs who continue to push the boundaries and leave their mark in the culinary world!

The top 3 “Best Chefs” this year:

1. Chef Rasmus Munk
2. Chef Albert Adrià
3. Chef Eric Vildgaard

We met so many amazing people, and, not gonna lie, when we were about to introduce ourselves to Chef Rasmus, his first words were, “I like your videos.” ...yeah...we're still smiling about it...

Hi S3 Family! Based on your input, we've decided to work on a new series, YS3 CHEF!

Where the best chefs in the world show us where they eat in their cities, while getting to know them!

In our latest Episode, Chef John Shields from 3 Michelin Star Restaurant SMYTH, shows us Chicago!

If you haven't seen it already, we're incredibly proud of it, and John shows some really cool spots. We'd love your feedback, as we're always trying to make our episodes better :)

Hey S3 Family!! We're brewing up something exciting, and we need your help and input!

We're considering hosting a new series of videos where we spend a day with Michelin Chefs, exploring their city, visiting some of their favourite local spots, and getting to know who they are outside of the kitchen.

This will obviously take a lot of time and effort to produce and we want to know if this is something you'd be interested in watching?
