Mental health matters. Today I was clinically diagnosed with ADHD. The first step to healing begins with admitting you need help. Looking for support and feedback from people (if your comfortable) with telling me your experience taking Adderal. A little nervous about taking any medication but they say it will dramatically improve my focus and sleep, here is hoping :)

Hey Everyone, I have been grinding for a few months now, but I need a break. I have been trying my hardest to put something out every other week, and honestly, It's been mentally challenging. Everything is so watered down and over covered, it's exhausting quite frankly. Nothing is secret anymore, nothing is uncovered, every urbexer and their brother is filming malls now, nothing is special anymore. I am still here and still going to create things but I am taking a few week break to refresh. Plus, I have some heavy things going on in my personal world that I am navigating thru. I appreciate your patience, and I will see you guys soon

A break from the normal posting……..
On Wednesday I went to Toronto to see the artist Faouzia. If you don’t know who she is, you should DEFINITELY look her up. Absolutely amazing artist who is on the verge of blowing up. Honestly might be the best concert I have ever been to. Her album Film Noir is on Spotify and EVERY song is good. Check her out and lmk what you think!
