It's officially full-blown wedding season, but here is a fun little BTS photo from @kylemeshna's wedding featuring @whoismatt on video. That BTS film should be super fun on his channel eventually.
I promise I’m still here. Currently on my way back from New Zealand and a ton to come from there, but a few videos that needed to get pushed back from scheduling things have left this channel a bit bare lately.
I don’t have a Leica SL3-S to review, but my friend @hellobrandonscott made a video from the perspective of an SL2-S user that I think is useful. Give it a watch if you’re interested.

The most underrated thing about the Leica M11 over previous models is just how flexible the sensor is. It’s the first digital M that I totally feel comfortable using in auto exposure because it does such a good job retaining the highlights.
Working on a longer term dedicated video on the Leica M11 as well, so drop any questions you might have about it below and I’ll try to answer them in the video.
A few square crops on the Hasselblad 907X & 38/2.5V from Bergen, Norway.
While I’d probably prefer the 55V for this trip, the 38V has been a really fun lens *especially* with that classic 1:1 crop. The files out of the CFV100C are incredible too. The closest to being able to push film tones out of any digital sensor I’ve used.
No videos this week or probably next as we wrap up this trip through Iceland, Norway, & Denmark, but with the amount of photos I’ve taken there will be more than enough stuff coming.
Been getting questions about the Leica D-Lux8, Pentax 17, and Rollei35AF. I’ve put in requests to review all of them, so we’ll see if anything comes of those requests.
I’ve also emailed Canon for whenever they release the new R5II, but I’ve been emailing/messaging them for about 8 years now with no response, so I would hold your breath on that one ;)
I do have a Nikon contact now though, so comment below if it’d be worth covering the Z6III. I could probably make that happen.
