âď¸ VACATION QUESTION âď¸
What's one thing you wish someone had told you before a big trip?
Recently, I traveled with 10 people from 3 different countries for a birthday celebration in Europe. We had amazing memories, a few travel hiccups, a ferry ticket scare, and even a 12-hour flight delay.
It reminded me that travel isn't really about everything going perfectly.
It's about:
â Being prepared
â Managing expectations
â Staying flexible
â Creating memories with the people you're with
And sometimes the unexpected moments become the stories you tell for years afterward.
What's the biggest lesson you've learned from traveling?

Some of the beliefs we live by arenât even ours â they were handed to us years ago.
And yet, they quietly shape our choices, our relationships, and how we see ourselves.
In this episode, we talk about what it really takes to pause, question those beliefs, and choose something different â even when it feels uncomfortable. Because growth doesnât happen by staying the same.

Most people think having a dog is about love. And it is. But itâs also about clarity, consistency, and leadership.
When a dog doesnât listen, itâs easy to feel frustratedâor even like youâre failing. But the truth is, most dogs simply donât understand what weâre asking.
This episode is a reminder that communication changes everythingânot just with pets, but in every relationship we have.

For years, women were told that happiness meant marriage, children, and following a certain timeline. But many women are now asking a deeper question: what if fulfillment looks different for everyone?
Being single today can mean independence, healing, freedom, and discovering who you really are without pressure or expectation. Itâs not about rejecting relationships â itâs about choosing them from a place of wholeness rather than need.

Many women spend years caring for everyone else â family, partners, clients, coworkers â while quietly placing themselves last.
At some point, something shifts. You realize that constantly giving without replenishing yourself slowly drains your identity, your energy, and your joy.
Self-love isnât about ego or perfection. Itâs about finally accepting who you are and giving yourself the same compassion you offer everyone else.
