I've been heads down on the next one. It's a Pokémon video I've wanted to make for a long time, and it's shaping up to be the longest thing I've put on the channel.

I'd rather take the time and get it right than push something out just to stay on a schedule.

Hey nostalgia fans 📼🎮📺

I’m looking to get a “new” old school TV for N64, PS1, SNES, GameCube, Dreamcast etc.

I’ve done some research but honestly it feels all over the place 😅

What should I actually be looking for? Any specific TVs or brands that are great for retro gaming?

Looking for something with the classic red, white, yellow hookups and that true late 90s / early 2000s feel.

Also where are people even finding good ones these days?

Facebook Marketplace? Thrift stores? Random grandparent basement finds? 😂

One year ago I uploaded the first Hidden Saves video with no idea if anyone would care about old memories from games people barely talked about anymore.

What’s been coolest to me honestly is realizing how many of us shared the exact same weird little memories.

Stopping in Mario Kart 64 just to explore.
Believing the Mew truck rumor.
Getting destroyed by the SkiFree yeti.
Finding secrets in old games.
Exploring worlds that felt huge when we were kids.

A lot of these videos start as random thoughts I’ve carried around in my head for 20 or 30 years. Then I upload them and thousands of people say “wait ... I did that too.”

That feeling has been really special.

Thank you for all the comments, stories, and support this past year. Hidden Saves wouldn’t feel the way it does without all of you sharing your own memories.
