What a night! In a final packed with drama and incredibly high stakes, Cole Palmer absolutely shone at MetLife Stadium, leading Chelsea to a stunning 3-0 victory over Paris Saint-Germain in the FIFA Club World Cup final.

PALMER DELIVERS A PERFORMANCE FOR THE AGES
The 22-year-old England forward truly delivered a masterclass in composure and creativity. He scored not once, but twice, and then set up the third goal, inspiring Chelsea to a dominant win against the reigning UEFA Champions League holders.


PSG, who everyone expected to win after they thrashed Real Madrid 4-0 in the semifinals, seemed caught off guard by Chelsea's explosive first-half performance.

Even after missing a couple of early chances, the French giants never truly recovered after Palmer's opening goal in the 21st minute. It was a perfectly placed left-footed shot from the edge of the box, set up brilliantly by Malo Gusto.

Palmer then doubled Chelsea's lead with another moment of pure genius. He cut in from the right, left his defender completely bewildered with a quick fake, and then curled a low shot into the far corner past Gianluigi Donnarumma.
