As women, we're trying to manage every single role in our lives.

Mom. Wife. Sister. Daughter. And on top of all of it, being ambitious and going after our own dreams.

And there's this constant pressure from society that we have to do it all. That we have to figure it all out, perfectly. And if we can't? We're made to feel like something is fundamentally wrong with us.

I know this pressure so well, and I know so many of you are living it too. It's one of the biggest things we struggle with.

So I shared the truth about "having it all", what actually helped me, how I run my three businesses while being a mom, and how I see it completely differently now.

I genuinely believe this is a video every woman needs to watch.

And if it helps you, share it with every woman in your life who needs to hear it too.

Truths I learned as a 39 year old

You find out who your true friends are the moment you start outshining everyone around you.

People with high egos rarely admit they admire you to your face. Don't mistake their silence for you not being good enough.

Failure isn't the opposite of success. It's just data. Proof of what didn't work. Collect it and keep moving.

The more you stick to your values, the more people you'll upset. That was never proof you were wrong. It's proof you have courage most people don't.

And here's the last one: you know you're doing well by how many haters you have. People don't hate things that aren't worth hating.

Which one hit hardest today? 👇

As we wrap up summer... I spent the long weekend working, but also caught the last sunset of the season with my family. And today my son is back to school, which honestly feels like a reminder for all of us: time to lock back in and get back to our schedule.

So a little recap of my weekend and something bigger I want to share.

There's a book I've been recommending to so many of you, and I know most of you won't have time to actually read it. So I filmed a video breaking it all down for you. It's really good for you to watch this one.

It's about the things we do to quietly sabotage our own success. We blame luck. We blame timing. But it has nothing to do with luck. It's about understanding the pattern behind the sabotage in the first place.

Watch it. It'll help you see the fears that are actually holding you back because I know you all have so much potential.

It's never too late to start anything.

I restarted my entire life at 36. Decided to chase my passion, my dreams, my goals.

And here's what I know now, and what I can tell you for sure: you're not late. You're exactly on time. You're not behind.

The only thing standing between you and the life you want is the belief that it's too late.

Save this for the days you forget.

Which one did you need today?

How long it has been, feels like forever!

I am so locked in for next 4 month plan that forgot to share what I did last week

- organized home
- organized my goals
- wrote down clear action list
- block calendar to go nowhere

That’s it. Still we struggle with consistency and this is why I shared new video sharing how to do things even when you don’t feel like it.

How you spend your time is going to shape how your life is going to be

We let the days slip by, and then we look up and think, where did the year go?

So here’s your reminder. You still have 4 months left in 2026. And the choice is yours.

You can sit, scroll, wait, tell yourself you’re not ready, you’re not perfect, overthink every single decision until the year is gone.

Or you can make one choice: take action.

Because 4 months is all you need to change your life. But not if you spend it the same way you spent the last 8 months.

The year isn’t over yet. What you do with these 4 months is up to you.

If you’re ready, I just posted new video where I shared the exact 5 steps I use every single time I go after a goal

One year older around the sun 💫

This might be the most beautiful birthday weekend I’ve ever had. I actually took two days off — which never happens and just soaked it all in.

My favorite way to celebrate? Nature, my husband, my son, and the little things that bring me the most peace. We climbed a rock, saw open ocean did all the things I enjoy ( reading book, spending time together and just enjoyed little things)

This is exactly how I wanted to spend my birthday.

PS. If you caught me on my phone at some point this weekend — no, not doom scrolling. Let’s just say I can never stop working 😂

We all know comparison is joy of thief but we still catch ourself doing it, but one thing we don’t realize why do we actually compare?

I shared reason behind it because it’s not what you think and once you see this pattern you will know it.

I know you’re going to love it!

The moment I decided I wanted to change my life and go after bigger goals, those same beliefs were the exact thing standing in my way.

And I had two choices.

Carry the same beliefs, work hard, and try to force my way to the goal.

Or break the beliefs first, and then move forward.

Guess what I chose.

Because your limiting beliefs are like a brake in your mind. And you cannot go anywhere with one foot pressed on the brake, no matter how hard you push the gas. That is what most of us do for years without even realizing it.

It took me a long time to understand this. If you want to reach the goal, you have to take your foot off the brake first.

In my this video I shared exactly how I changed my identity and how it changed everything.

At this point, it’s fair to say we all know what to do. It’s not that we’re missing information.

With everything AI can give us right now, we should all be millionaires by now 😂 If information was the only thing holding us back (but it’s not)

It’s not information we need. It’s implementation.

We often tell ourselves we don’t have enough information or something is missing. That’s just an excuse for not taking action.

There are three blocks that actually hold us back. And we keep thinking it’s information we need, when really, it’s these three blocks. I shared all three blocks that I saw was holding me back for the longest time.
