I'm Paul Manson, a filmmaker and trail runner from Scotland. I take on some of the hardest footraces on the planet including the Tor des Geants, Ultra Trail Snowdonia, Lakeland 100 and Cape Wrath Ultra. I am also working my way through all 28 of Scotland's Great Trails.
