However, for long-term results, a clean, healthy digestive tract needs enough natural fibre so your system stays clear and active every day. When the stomach is not cleaned regularly, toxins build up, digestion slows down, and this can lead to constipation, gas, bloating, low energy, headaches, skin issues, and even hormonal imbalance. Keeping your stomach clean is one of the simplest ways to avoid many lifestyle-related diseases.

You don’t need to change your entire diet. Just add a few fibre-rich foods to your current meals. Choose whole fruits like apples, pears, papaya, bananas, oranges, dragon fruit, and berries. Add vegetables such as carrots, spinach, pumpkin, okra, cabbage, broccoli, and sweet potato. Include natural fibre sources like oats, chia seeds, flaxseeds, whole grains, and lentils. Simple additions also work well: a handful of nuts, a spoonful of chia or flax seeds in your smoothie, or a small bowl of salad with cucumber, tomato, and leafy greens.
