why are record labels and artists using C.D.6aby to procure their digital royalties? for example, how does one collect royalties by blocking the only digital uploads that were available? is this oversight due to incompetence or negligence?

365 days since my last watch page or home page recommendation of an upload, playlist or of my channel. my aggregate totals dropped 49%. i still win because the main purpose is to archive my music on this medium as a means preserve its survival thats enough for me + i don't receive, never received or wanted any compensation but im the bad actor while digital publishers r making millions with false claims without compensating anyone???
