Today, I posted my Deltarune chapter 3 blind playthrough on my second channel. https://youtu.be/Hg7jnlnJYWE

My chapter 4 blind playthrough will be going up on the second channel tomorrow, and the other two videos will be coming out on the days after that (a replay video the day after the chapter 4 blind playthrough and the weird route playthrough the day after that).

Feel free to check them out!

Alright, I was able to do a pretty thorough playthrough of the new chapters of Deltarune, and all I can say is, is that I'm kind of speechless in terms of how good they were in terms of quality. I'll try to keep my thoughts as spoiler free as I can.

Chapter 3 was just completely different compared to what I was used to, like there were some parts where it didn't even feel like I was playing Deltarune, but in a good way. I knew that Toby said that this was gonna be an unconventional chapter, and it really shows. I've had a lot of fun playing this chapter overall, and I also had a lot of fun delving deep into some of the secrets of it as well as fighting the secret boss in a second playthrough of the chapter.

Chapter 4 took me a while to really get into, but once it really got going later on, it slowly became my favorite chapter overall. The gameplay mechanics, story, character development, and visuals really made this chapter take the cake for me. There was so much lore that I don't even know where to begin with understanding it. The only real concern I had with chapter 4 was the length (where it was even longer than chapter 2), but otherwise, that's it!

So overall, I had a lot of fun exploring these new chapters, and learning more about the game as a whole, and I look forward to knowing what there is to know about the lore and potentially any new theories about certain aspects of the game.

Also, while I was playing the new chapters, I ended up recording around 25 hours of gameplay footage across both chapters and all of the routes, which is more than double the recording time I had for the first two chapters combined in the explained playthrough series. You can really tell how much new stuff there was in these new chapters.

Now, what I plan to do is to make 4 videos on the second channel, which will collectively showcase my experience with these new chapters. The first two will be my blind playthroughs of chapters 3 and 4 respectively. The third video will be focusing on defeating the chapter 3 secret boss as well as exploring some (but not ALL) of the secrets in both chapters. The last one will be a video of me continuing the weird route into the new chapters. I'm hoping to have them posted onto the second channel by next week.

And that concludes everything that I wanted to share about the new chapters. Thanks for reading! :)

With the release of Deltarune Chapters 3&4 happening tomorrow (yes, it's official: Deltarune Tomorrow), I should mention about my game plan for how I'm going to tackle the new chapters come tomorrow and beyond.

First things first, I will be continuing the new chapters from my Explained Playthrough saves, which I made from a series I did a while back on this channel. I went with them because they already have what I need (a pacifist save with all the items and secrets and a weird route save).

In addition, I am also currently doing a replay of Deltarune that will make a neutral route save where I get the thorn ring but abort the weird route at the Berdly fight so I could potentially get the twisted sword and do whatever I want to do in the neutral route.

All of the gameplay of the new chapters will be done offline and recorded just like with all the previous let's plays that I've done and will be posted as videos on the second channel when they are done being edited. I will pretty much be off of the internet for the time being, at least until I'm sure I've explored the new chapters as much as I can. There have already been leaks of some of the names of the new songs, so it's best to keep clear of the internet for the time being, and if you are on the internet, to be especially careful!

And that's everything! If you are going to be playing the new chapters tomorrow or within the next couple of days, good luck and have fun. Safe playing!

After working on it on and off for the past 4 months, the OneShot video is finally complete!
This video has been quite the challenge to put together compared to some of my other videos. The amount of research dedicated to this video was more than any of the other videos that I have made thus far. Having to figure out what all of the code in the game did took some time to comprehend and translate into something that can easily be explained, and into something that can fit within a 30 minute run time.
Editing on the other hand was a whole other beast. Even though there weren't as many visuals to do compared to the Deltarune metanarrative video, there were still a lot to put in, especially for some of the explanations that needed it. There was also the other part where my ability to focus on making this video wasn't as good this time around. I didn't have that crazy hyperfocus that I had for the Deltarune videos so even though there was less editing overall, it took me longer cause I could only work on it like an hour or two a day compared to like four or six hours a day, which is what I was doing for the Deltarune videos sometimes.
Even though the video is finished, there are still a few more things I need to do like the subtitles, the description, and some extra polishing and fact checking before it is ready to be uploaded. If all goes well, it should be up very soon.
So, that's all that I wanted to say. Thank you for sticking with me throughout this journey and I'll see you soon when this video comes out!

Well, I finally got myself to post my blind Omori playthrough that I did last May/June on my second channel. I had this edited since October but only now have I decided to post it. I split this playthrough into 6 separate parts. Part 1 is available now, and each of the next parts will come out every day until part 6 which will come out on Friday. On Saturday, I will also be posting my OneShot blind playthrough to end it off, meaning that every single day this week, there will be a new video on my second channel. Feel free to check them out!
I would also like to update you on how the OneShot mechanics explanation video is doing. I started editing it but I have been having a hard time focusing on it and making good progress. So it will still be a little ways off before its done. I do not have an ETA at this time.
That is all I have to say for now. Thank you for giving this a read!

So, it has been a while since I've done anything on this channel. Since its been exactly a year since I posted my first Deltarune theory video (May 8th), I thought I'd post an update on what's been happening with life and what I have planned in the near future.

So throughout the past few months, I have been very busy finishing up the final year of my software engineering degree, going through perhaps some of the busiest semesters I've had pretty much the entiredy of my degree. Just two weeks ago, I finished and passed all of the finals and am now done my final year, and I will be graduating at the end of the month. :D

So now that I am done with school, the question is, where do I go from here? First things first, I want to take a break for a couple of months to hyperfocus on a passion project of mine that I started working on last year as well as a pretty interesting video that I wanted to create and post to this channel for a while. Only then will I start looking for a job and well, hopefully going from there.

So, regarding the video that I talked about in the last paragraph. It is not gonna be an UT/DT related video but I think it might be interesting.

Last October, I played through OneShot for the first time and ever since that playthrough, I've always wondered how many of the mechanics from that game were coded.

So this video will be about me explaining all of those mechanics, going into detail on how they're coded behind the scenes, maybe with some good visuals thrown in there. The script for the video is done, I just need to narrate it and edit the video together, which hopefully, I can get done within the next month or so. Maybe, there might be a surprise lurking within that video, who knows?

So well, that is everything that I wanted to say regarding what's been happening the past few months and what I want to do moving forward.

Once again, thank you all for the support that I have been getting on this channel for the past year (I am nearly at 2k subs now which is awesome!) It really means a lot to me knowing that the stuff that I am passionate about is being made known and appreciated.

And with that, that is it for me, at least for now. Here's to a brighter future!

A few days ago, I managed to do my first playthrough of Undertale Yellow, an Undertale fangame that recently came out. The playthrough is now uploaded to my second channel if you wanna check it out.

If you don't already know, I plan to use my second channel to post videos that won't require as much effort to make as my videos here, so mostly game playthroughs and some other stuff. I am planning to upload some more playthroughs of some other games too when I get around to it on that channel (this includes Omori and Oneshot).
