FaithAnn is a worship leader, music teacher, songwriter, and media creator from Atlanta, Georgia.
From a young age, FaithAnn was exposed to music whether that be in the home, at church, or school. Her grandmother got her a mini grand piano and a learn by color book when she was 4 years old, and the rest is history. Throughout her music journey, she has received in-depth classical training and served in multiple church spaces. She graduated from Liberty University with her Bachelors in Worship Studies.

When recording Mountain Hour Seasion 2, God had me re-record the whole thing just for this song. He had put on my heart that He wanted it to be more calm and for me to sit more in His presence with it. This shifted the whole feeling of not just the song but all the songs in the recording. Afterward, I automatically knew this song needed to be shared individually.
Firm Foundation has always had a strong meaning to me. It's been a staple through all the shifts that have happened in my life. It's been my declaration to the Lord and to witness to those around me.
I pray that the Lord uses this song to bring peace, comfort and to declare all that He is! In the midst of the trial and unknown, He won't fail🤍

The other day, I was talking to a friend and the Lord put something profound on my heart:
I'm built to go in the trenches of the not so pretty so people walk away with the true peace and joy of Jesus.
The Lord has allowed me to do this through leading worship, the songs the Lord puts on my heart, connections, writing, and more.
I have a desire to meet people where they are in the deep because I know what it's like to be there. I've seen God's healing power bring me through. I know He can bring you through too.
I don't ever want to put on a facade and pretend to be someone or somewhere in life that I'm not. I want to encourage people to be authentic too. You don't have to have it all together! This life was not promised to be easy, but we have a wonderful God who is there through it all.
We can lay at His feet a literally say
"I don't know what to do"
"I want to give up."
"I can't do this."
I pray that as we continue on this music journey together that you are encouraged. That in the midst of what you are going through, you can let your guard down. That the Lord instills hope in you.

Me and my Velvet Sky!💙
This guitar and I have a lot of history. I got Velvet Sky in 2014. I purchased her with my birthday money. She's been in some really cool places with me. I never considered acoustic guitar a main instrument of mine until a mentor in my life pushed me to play it on the worship team in 2021. My confidence in my musical ability, especially memorizing music, was built from that opportunity. The freedom I have behind it is something special.
I haven't played in a bit due to some arm weakness but when that's better, you're going to be seeing more her around.
