My goal was to get to a good enough income to start building towards financial stability.
Learning to code was just the most straightforward route that I found at the time but this was after some very tough times.
This was after I worked in pest control after going to school for 4 years for a Marketing degree. This was after I lost that same job due to hating looking for rodents and roaches. This was after being unemployed for months, feeling lost in life and losing weight due to stress. This was after finally getting a low paying job that I could at least pay some bills with.
But all of these things molded me into who I am today.
If I didn't go through these things I wouldn't have learned that I have uncovered skills within me. I also wouldn't have learned that we have more control over our success than we tend to believe if we put in the effort.
So even if you're in a tough spot right now just remember it's part of your own process. As long as you're putting in the effort things have no choice but to change at some point.
