Since starting my insurance agency in 2007, I have learned a lot of lessons and wanted to share what has worked for me. In 2019 my agency broke the 7 figure mark and today in 2022 I have 15 employees and our book of business is over $14 million which was built 100% organically (without any acquisitions) .
I really enjoy learning from other insurance agents around the country especially when it comes to insurance sales, customers service, marketing, recruiting, training, motivating staff and many more topics we as insurance agents need to learn and master!
Although I am far from where I want to be I also wanted to document my journey and hopefully help others who are also trying to grow their insurance agencies by being able to help more people.
