Bio-XCell a biotechnology park & ecosystem dedicated to healthcare and industrial biotechnology developed by Malaysian Bio-XCell, is a joint venture company formed between Malaysia Biotechnology Corp and property developer UEM Land in 2009.

As a premier managed biotech park, Bio-XCell provide its clients and investors with a range of value added benefits including comprehensive infrastructure, park maintenance, high speed internet access and security as well as core facilities to nurture the biotechnology manufacturing and R&D ecosystem. Key differentiator of the park includes the XSentral Lifestyle and Central Utilities Facility (CUF) - where facilities and services are offered as shared-services and on-tap (long term) basis.
