#InternationalYogaDay ਅੱਜ 21 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਯੋਗ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੇ 9 ਸਾਲ ਪੂਰੇ ਹੋਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। #yoga ਵਿਚ ਸਾਰੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਜਾਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਕਜੁੱਟ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਹੈ। ਯੋਗ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਤਨ ਤੇ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਧਿਆਤਮ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨਾ ਹੈ। #yoga ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਨ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਹੈ।
