What if the next chapter of your life is not about determine how strong you are...but is about requiring less strenght for yourself?
Let me explain
We live in a society where we are asked to perform all the time, to show we are resilient, we are strong, we are determined. But there is a flaw..this entire mentality is rooted on a limiting belief:
We have to fight to be happy, to exist, to get what we want
But the Universe doesn't work this way...yes is true it dances between creation and destruction all the time,but it always chooses the path of least resistance, it always says yes to creation.
So how that translates for you? What if in this moment you shut down all the noise And rather than ask yourself to be strong You ask yourself "can i carry this, can i push through?"
You simply ask "Why am I carrying things I don’t need to carry"
Not i survive this but
"I actually love my life and i didn't need to struggle"
Not "i am strong i can endure this"
But "i realize that even though i can exist in this enviroment doesn't mean i am compatible with it"
What if we all ask ourselves to be less strong for once And to simply choose the path of least resistance

I saved an image from pinterest of this very picture on my old phone i swear i wish i could find it back and if i can i will 5 years ago.
And in the picture i wrote "i am here at Disneyland in the best room of the best hotel with my husband and my child and everything is wonderful"
