Well, Monday was a bit of an adventure. I was invited to a Daystate/BRK media day where I got to shoot lots of rifles and get a tour of the factory. There's a video of my experience coming very soon.
But that's not all!
I've now been given the chance to borrow any rifles in their line-up to review for this channel. As you can probably imagine, being a Daystate/BRK fan boy, I'm over the moon.
So I got to come home with my first loaner. What rifle do you think is in the case? All to be revealed in the forthcoming video!

I do my best to respond to every comment I receive on my videos. At times I do get a lot so sometimes it may take a day or two before you get a response from me. Sometimes your comments may get held back by YouTube for one reason or another, usually because a restricted word has been used.
I've just discovered some comments that this happened to and I don't want the commenters to think I'm ignoring them. I must remember to check for held comments more often.

Well the British Shooting Show 2026 is upon us next weekend at the Birmingham NEC. I'll be there all day on Friday 13th having a wander around to seek out any new stuff and maybe grab a bargain. Sorry there's no video today; I didn't get the one I'm working on finished in time and now the Christmas festivities have taken over.

In my most recent video I didn't get the chance to do any meaningful pellet testing with the Reximex Pretensis before it was edited. However, shortly after the wind died down a little and I did get to shoot a test target at 25 yards using a variety of pellets. The circles on the target are 15mm diameter and you can see that the 5 shot groups mostly fit within that size with some considerably smaller. This just goes to show that my rifle isn't particularly pellet fussy! Which pellet do you think performed the best?
