Healing isn’t linear. It’s messy, painful, slow, chaotic—and sometimes it’s also peaceful, beautiful, and the biggest relief in the world.

This channel is my space to share that journey. I talk about living with chronic illness, navigating fibromyalgia, lupus, arthritis, TBI recovery, and brain fog… while finding strength again through fasting, workouts, and reclaiming my body, mind, and spirit.
