How's everyone doing?

It's been a minute since our last big production. While some major life changes caused us to take a bit of a vacation, we want everyone to know that we've been hard at work for a while now on something new and unlike anything we've ever tried before.

We aren't at a point where we want to release too many details yet, but it's a production that required the help and collaboration of a lot of different friends, and that we're hoping to roll it out around the holiday season.

In the mean time, we're lining up some smaller releases like episodes of Believe it or Not and at least one Arcana Analysis for the loyal and gracious folks that have stuck around this long!

Hey folks!

The VODs from our recent (and future) livestreams have a new home! Starting now, VODs will be left on the main channel for 24 hours before being privated and uploaded to our archive channel, Digital Dream Streams!

We had a lot of fun in the past couple of livestreams and this will let us do more in the future! In the past we've shied away from streaming due to the way VODs interrupt our main spread of content, but keeping an archive eliminates this problem. Thanks for all your support!

Hey everyone!

With our latest behemoth of a video finally wrapped and posted, we'd like to announce that the DDC is taking a short vacation. We'll be taking the next production cycle off, meaning that we'll return in 6 weeks with new content. Both Kyle and Sam are currently moving to new homes and that long & stressful process isn't terribly conducive to the endeavor of writing and editing. This break will help us to insure that whatever we put out next will be of the best possible quality and help to keep us from burning out or overextending ourselves.

Big news: The Digital Club will be speaking live at AnimeChicago’s 2021 Online Symposium! The event will be taking place Saturday, March 6th from 2-5 PM over on Run The World, and will feature ourselves as well as a selection of other speakers. Fitting to the trials we’ve all been facing, this year’s theme is Anime’s Connection to Online Worlds. All the talks will focus on the internet as a means of connection in anime, so we decided it would be best to revisit one of our old videos and discuss Gatchaman Crowds! Other talks include an analysis of the Isekai Genre and Serial Experiments Lain. The event is free and can easily be accessed from the comfort of your home. Not everyone is able to come out to fight for justice, but I know a lot of people out there have risen their voices in support and want to do whatever they can to help out.
